Montréal - Place Ville-Marie s'ouvre de plus en plus à son quartier...
En passant par là hier, j'ai constaté que la disparition du Marché MovenPick aura du bon...

La galerie marchande verra sa superficie augmentée, et il y aura enfin un accès coin Université et Cathcart! Travaillant tout près, ce sera plus intéressant d'y aller désormais.

Je n'avais pas ma caméra lors de mon passage, désolé. Parmi les nouveaux commerces, j'ai notamment remarqué l'ouverture prochaine d'un Renaud-Bray.

il va y avoir un Restaurant KEG aussi qui va ouvrir à PVM 5.

C'est une bonne chose le keg au PVM 5, ca va etre plus facile d'acces que celui dans le vieux mtl

et l'entrée Cathcart/universite va faire du bien a la vie de la galerie marchande, et a ce coin de rue la.

(Manque juste un beau building au coin sud/est et ca serait parfait)

j'ai toujours cru qu'un endroit parfait pour une belle tour haute serait au COin de René-Lévesaque et University (coin Nord-est) Construire par dessus le 1155 University.

Moi c'est le coin du Vieux Dublin qui m'écoeure. J'intègrerais bien le Vieux Dublin... à une belle tour!

Bof, c'est un steakhouse de Toronto. c'est comme la Biftèque

Bon point. Il faut se deébarasser du stationnement au coin de Cathcart et university!

a tower on that corner would likely be the end of Vieux-Dublin.. how would anyone know it's there anymore? Unless the tower didn't take up the entire lot.

the building the vieux-dub is in is a shithole. A pleasant shithole, though.

Quand je travaillais dans le Vieux, on allait régulièrement faire des 5@7 au bar Chez Brandy qui accompagne le Keg. J'imagine que ça va concurrencer pas mal le Vieux Dublin
