Anyone have an idea where (presumably in Manhattan) this tower would be located? I can't find any clues.

I can't tell if this is an updated version of that tower, but it looks like it.

If I'm not mistaken, this is right by the corner of Madison and 60th. The tall building shown behind the concept should be 520 Park Avenue.

520 did cross my mind, and all of those setbacks put it in that area. And you sir are correct...definitely not a supertall, but still another tower in the workings for that area.

You're right. It's Madison & 60th.

And it makes sense because NY YIMBY reported an assemblage just to the west of 520 Park. This appears to be the referenced assemblage.

Anybody remember this perspective 7 years ago? The skyline has been dramatically altered, for the better. I got 99 problems, but a super tall ain't one.

That's a beast. It's on the east side of Sixth Ave somewhere in Midtown a bit north of 42nd St.

It would be a few blocks north of Bryant Park. That prewar highrise in the center of the pic fronts on Bryant Park.

said in the CPT thread, but lower manhattan is quickly getting overwhelmed from midtown. It always has, but the last few years have exploded. Downtown really needs it's projects to get off the ground- 2WTC, 80SS, 45 Broad etc
