[St. John's] Metro West End Development

I was at Kent's in Mount Pearl a couple of days ago and noticed in the distance a building being constructed up around Kenmount hill (maybe in the Walton's mountain/Farrell Dr area). The building seems fairly large, at least it did from my viewpoint. Does anyone know what this building is? Maybe it's been mentioned here before but I can't seem to put my finger on it.
