The Pegasus Fountain just north of Miami in Hallandale/Aventura. It's a monumental, Las Vegas-style fountain. I believe that it's the third tallest sculpture in the U.S.

Wow I had never heard of that! It is 100 feet tall! Here is a much smaller but no less tasteful statue depicting a group of winged horses:

Thanks for the info, I updated title in that post. Several of these 70's and 80's era concrete stepped fountains are now gone.
