Just put up new banners on the drycleaners! I guess that's an update. They have aparently finally taken possession of the last building currently standing on the site and are prepping for demolition. Demolition within 3 weeks, cleanup lasting another 2 months. Construction beggining asap after that. Need 40% pre-sale to begin going verticle. As of last Friday, they were sitting at "just over 20%." 5% down payment due to reserve a unit during the pre-construction stage.

If any mods swing by this one should also still be in the proposals section as well. Demolition of an old dry-cleaners on the site is set to commence any day now, and then the construction of the tower will be able to begin (most likely end of August/beggining of September). This is going to be a beauty on one of the best streets in St. Louis. Can't wait!

Also looking forward to seeing this one move back into the U/C thread!

Start of things? Have you been in St. Louis lately. The city is booming with construction. Downtown is practically completed in renovations, the streetscape and life is alive and there are so many projects going on in St. Louis... it is absolutely amazing!

Demolition of the existing building is almost completed. After an environmental cleanup construction will start. That is assuming pre-sales have reached forty percent. Sales have been going well so far.
