So, bad news there....looked to be a nice project and pretty sharp design.

Also, I did not realize that this was to be a two-tower project, apparently, as the article mentioned "SCIO owners planned to erect the first of two apartment towers facing Ashland..."

Good to hear about Pompei. Taylor Street is a faint shadow of what it could be, plus it is harmed by a giant crater in the middle at Roosevelt Square.

For SCIO, I wonder if the renovations to the two existing towers did not bring in the kinds of rents that Guggenheim was hoping for, so they soured on this market. It’s a shame since they only use one of the two parking garages... the other one just sits empty so it’s crying out for redevelopment.

What's the Old Town Park height differences between tower 2 and 3? And wasn't. There a fourth tower in the original proposal? One more question does anyone have any pictures of the rehab of the original building or is that last step on the plan?

Follow the bread crumbs for the answers you seek. Google is also a good place to ask basic questions.

The mistake here is to measure the success of a transit system in terms of raw ridership numbers rather than in terms of ridership times minutes saved vs not having the system.

^That facade turned out pretty sweet! Especially as seen in the 2nd photo up. Are the panels painted silver, or is it exposed stainless?

Any word on the Reid Murdoch hotel? I thought awhile back it was already approved.
