This looks like it may be from a webcam that would be on top of Calloway House. I wonder if it has public access?

Good Lord, that looks as third world as it gets. Pyongyang called and wants their blue prints back when we're done using them. Didn't the designer know you don't put horizontal lines on a fat, stubby building?? I'm going to start calling that area, "Little Russia".

Maybe the building's motto will be "If you live here, you won't have to look at this ugly building out your window."

I know a few other places that could certainly have the same tagline....
