Does anyone know what is being build at the old site of Toys Or Us property on Blanco Rd near loop 410 huge building?

1221 Broadway has started the retail segment on street level facing Broadway.

LA Fitness.... there was a permit recently for an indoor pool on the site of 7140 Blanco.
