Sioux Falls has been growing pretty well over the last few decades. I could see it eventually booming into something Omaha-sized.

On that note, no one has witnessed the boom that Williston has seen in the last 10 years.
I remember hearing about Williston's growth. Is it still ongoing or has it levelled off?

Apparently it went from 12,500 in 2000, to 14,700 in 2010, to 27,000 in 2018. I don't know if it has leveled off, but the growth is there. I think a new highway opened up there in the past year or two, which suggests that the growth is permanent.

I used to drive from Boston to Lincoln NH to ski at Loon in 2 hours, again straight shot up the 93. I'd wake up at 5am, leave by 6am [get Burger King along the way], hit the lodge by 8:30am for a Hot Chocolate, ski an entire day, pack up and be home by 7pm for Sunday Night Football!!!
A drive at your own leisure presumably on a weekend...going the opposite direction. If I worked in Boston or had to go there fairly regularly, I would not live in Vermont or really anywhere north of Manchester. Too far. I've done Lebanon to Boston numerous times and it's a tedious drive. It's about the same as Houston to Lake Charles LA. Lake Charles is only close enough for a day trip to the casinos but people aren't working in one and commuting to the other.
