-22-story building
-166 units of residential
-13,000 sf of street-level retail.
-Units range will be 850 to 2,230 sf (1-3 bedrooms)
-Prices starting in the mid-$200,000
-Pre-sales beginning in May 2007
-Located on Washington Avenue Strip/Loft District


SkyHouse will be built to LEED standards and have Energy Star stainless steel appliances, a green roof, energy-efficient window systems and balcony doors, and computer-controlled, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems.

VERY good to see new highrise construction downtown. Especially on Washington Ave. I hope this is a sign of good things to come.
