According to the most recent diagrams that I've seen, there are 9 floors above the blow-through floor. After that, Vista has a 27 ft tall mechanical screen. Not sure where it will top out on that picture, but I hoped this helped.

It is unfortunate that people don’t have more respect. Although the last video I saw linked on this forum, the one showing some kid climbing cranes at Essex and NEMA, led to his arrest and prosecution for trespassing. It’s amazing (and actually pretty scary) what they are doing with facial recognition these days... Big Brother is always watching.

It would be best not to give these attention seekers the audience they are looking for...

Hanging off the edge of a skyscraper also endangers people on the street if you fall, so that's really not cool. If you're going to risk your own life whatever, but don't risk other people's.

The views from the top of Vista are cool though

Can't imagine living 1,150+ feet of the ground

Well, it's a good chunk taller than Aon, so it wouldn't surprise me if it had more to go and another crane jump was in store for us

I don't know if this is just me, but I feel like this tower could be better if it had some sort of crown at the top. Like, the tower is nice, but at a roof height of 1191 ft, they could have put something there.

Idk, what do you guys think?

Maybe... there was some lite-drama surrounding the crane jumps at NEMA haha

Disagree(maybe I could be convinced). Someone posted it with some spires and that did look decent, but I have trouble imagining any sort of crown that would respect the tower's fluid design that is uniform throughout.

I'd be into an antenna/spire for it as long as it respected the design of the rest of the building. I yanked this spire from another building, edited it a little and threw it on top.

since we are adding stuff to the building, can somebody edit in one of these? on the north side. would look so cool. on either side now that i think about it.

i could probably live with an antenna/spire, but im very glad there isn't one and all three roofs are flat. i think if the building needed/warranted one Jeanne might have suggested mini frustums. if someone can edit those in that would be interesting to see. like just two or three, nothing hancock sized

No. We can't stoop to New York's level. We must maintain our Low Gross-to-Net Height Ratios!

Maybe a double-spire could work haha (jk). After looking at the renderings more, I agree that the tower is best as is. Thanks for the input.

If this had a spire or antennae, it should be offset. It doesn’t make any sense for it to be centered on the tallest segment, when it’s an asymmetrical building.

^^
Back when Vexxed posted his shot below I thought to myself that if this building were to have a spire, the position of the crane in this shot would work.

Ewwww no.

Also if it had a spire it would have to go on the West side of the tallest tier and extend the stepped pattern, but then the pure form of the design would be polluted with garrish crap so no thanks.
