This development looks huge when observed from the Aviation Parkway and Montreal...

You can see this tower smack down the middle of 5th avenue in the glebe!

From hoggytime/Harley613 on Skyrise. This one is topped out, making it the second tallest building in Ottawa, third tallest in the Metropolitan Region.

^The TOD potential around Cyrville Station is so obvious from this picture. This project is only a start hopefully.

White/grey coloured aluminum panel cladding has started going up on the tower portion, specifically on the north and west sides.

Wow, the grade level is VERY Lux (sarcasm)... Hopefully there's some good landscaping included so this building can live up to it's name. So far I'm not seeing much Lux, other than oversized balconies?

Good on them for the height, we need to push the boundaries. And being first to market TOD in this neighbourhood is going to be good for business.
