It may not be particularly tall by Chicago standards, but indeed it looks very nice in this neighborhood.

Im still a little thrown off by the gray/tan support posts. What's the reason for this?

The grey have not been clad yet - just sealant - the beige appear to be clad in limestone (fingers crossed).

Gotcha. Although I wouldn't mind the grey either. If it is limestone that is a huge plus. Is the riverwalk cladded in limestone as well? That would be an expensive addition and awesome if it wraps through WPS. Just keep the riverwalk "artists" away from it.

It's a residential building, so that'll be an amenity floor.

It's impossible to pour too much praise upon this tower. Absolutely pitch perfect - in every way. A true delight to the urban design aficionado's senses. Very rare.
