I have never seen renderings of the north elevation so i am only noticing the setbacks now as each floor gets poured.

If you look closely you can see the setback at the 31st floor between the racing stripes. you can also see the 32nd floor setback and (I guess) end of the racing stripes themselves.

^ 3 more occupiable floors followed by one mechanical below the cantilevered roof. Then there are the two columns supporting the spires on the south elevation that will climb higher.

The facade seems to be quite unique with the different tints on the glass.
