Now now. We need to have 100 feasibility studies, 100 public consultations to listen to the yappy NIMBY and "anti-developement" bubbleheads who cry foul when something great is proposed within city limits. Don't forget, even when approved, it will take at least 80 years to be built. That is the Winnipeg way

There are various versions of size... hieght, gurth, square footage .. ect. I for one would love to see a new building which would add to the skyline with a modern sleak design. This would hopefully draw some attention away from the focal point of Winnipeg's downtown (P&M).
