Maybe better scale but it looks even more retarded.

I'm not even sure why people are getting excited or uptight about this building. It ain't never getting built, it's just some bullish concept pic that any kind with render machine can do. As someone said earlier, it's a pile of Popsicle sticks. Seriously.

IIRC there was supposed to have been an info session for this project last night. Did anyone go or hear anything about it?

It doesn't matter what comes of the info session. This isn't getting built, it's a stupid concept design that's way over the top in order to get attention.

There’s going to be so much whining from the hypocrite nimbys of Inglewood, nothing will get built.

How come the moderators threw away the cranes III thread??? Just because I have had no time to update it?? This should have at least been archived.

Weird. The Cranes II thread is still available but the last post was from early January 2019. A year's worth of posts has been lost.

Maybe a mod will take up the torch in the Cranes II thread.

While I can say that Edmonton is more my domain and I feel uncomfortable talking about what is going on in Calgary, I know I should be looking over the discussions more closely.

Any which way, I would like to see this thread be directed to more on-topic discussion. I understand that there is an old tradition that we use the construction thread for miscellaneous and general conversations but I am going to ask that we cease with that tradition. Please use this thread for discussing construction updates, whether that be photos taken, sharing of rumours on new construction, or discussing construction methods appropriate for Calgary.

Any topics including pet subjects will need to be discussed in other threads. That includes discussion on general economics, general urban development, municipal politics, and general urban life discussions in their appropriate threads.

I hope we can have a more constructive discussion on this thread for construction.

My bad. I meant to move everything overt to the one thread. The first page of the last crane thread was copied over to Cranes II.

The thread you posted in is the construction thread as noted on the title. Try looking at some of the other pages.

Posts in the crane thread aren’t overly important , it’s mainly the count on the first page that’s important.

The crane thread is up to date. I went over to Skyrisecities and got the latest crane info, and now we're up to date.

You know you can also go back a few pages and look. It only takes a few minutes.

Nice work, but next time don’t mention that you got it from skyrisecities

The info looked accurate, but I wanted to make sure people knew the info didn't come from me directly.

I’m not sure why you’re asking him, he’s one of the Edmonton mods. You could take some time and effort and look through the thread.
