This building is the bomb. When you see it when exiting LDS onto Columbus going northbound it just about leaps into the sky.

Yes. It was announced the same week as 1000m and One Grant Park. And we first heard of Somi a few days later. That was a big week for the South Loop. I didnt expect 3 out of the 4 to get off the ground. Really hoping 1000m pulls through

Has there been any talk about night lighting on this one? I know we talked about this when it started but just thinking about it again now. I originally thought some quiet white LED's along the fins would be nice, kind of like Legacy's crown. Idea's?
