It's possible. I'm assuming Waldorf will take longer, however, Okan has a lot going on at the top of the building.

Neither - Baccarat are taller and will be top out before either

Not sure - probably not. I didn't realize they started on the 550 ft tower first.

Some articles say the 848' tower which broke ground in last fall is scheduled for completion 2028 but that seems pretty long - unless that's for all 3 towers. So it will be a race...

The latest pic I saw for Okan was on linkedin. It shows rebar a floor above the ground so I think they're beginning on the first floor now. This will be a tight race!

Great to hear. I will check it out maybe next week.

I feel like Okan and Waldorf are more complicated builds and will take longer than Baccarat. We'll see.
