One Steuart Lane luxury development on Embarcadero tops out

San Francisco's only new ultra-luxury waterfront condominium tower has just hit its vertical peak on the Embarcadero.
Paramount Group Inc. (NYSE: PGRE) and SRE Group Ltd. on Thursday announced the official topping off of One Steuart Lane at 220 feet, as the 20-story, 120-unit tower continues to take shape along the waterfront. The project's milestone follows its 2018 groundbreaking and comes ahead of an estimated 2021 completion date.
The building features a solid Italian travertine stone and ultra-clear glass façade with a collection of one- to three-bedroom luxury residences with private outdoor living spaces. With its use of low-carbon materials and minimally reflective glass allowing for reduced energy consumption, the project aims to be one of the city's only ultra-luxury residential buildings to hold a LEED Gold certification.
Residences range from about 839 to 3,000 square feet with penthouse residences — which have yet to be revealed — up to approximately 6,200 square feet. Unique to One Steuart Lane, a collection of 12 terrace residences are being sold that feature 40-foot private wraparound outdoor space with sliding glass panels that create seamless indoor/outdoor living spaces. The developer considers these exclusive 12 terrace units to be the "crown jewel" units — aside from the penthouses. Units are currently for sale now from $1.6 million to more than $10 million.
One Steuart Lane’s 5,000-square-foot sales gallery — located at 75 Spear St. at One Market Plaza — is open by appointment only and is adhering to social distancing protocol. A staged model residence features interior furnishings by LIAIGRE and custom Dada kitchen and bathroom cabinetry from the Molteni Group. Click on the gallery above to see inside the unit.
The ground level also has a lobby alongside an approximately 4,500-square-foot retail space . . . .
