Wouldn't it be nice, at the very least, to know which continent it would be on?

The title has been edited. This rendering doesn't fully do the building justice. I think this is one of my favorite projects for Atlanta at the moment.

Is this building office, residential or mixed use?

this building (terminus 200) is office. the larger terminus development is mixed use with office and residential. not sure about the prospects of a hotel component. http://www.terminus-atlanta.com/

Construction Kicks Off on 565,000SF Atlanta Office Building

June 11, 2007
By Barbra Murray, Contributing Editor

Atlanta's booming Buckhead District is about to get a new office building, as construction gets underway on Terminus 200. Cousins Properties Inc. is developing the 565,000-square-foot Class A office tower, which will be part of the company's $660 million mixed-use project that is currently in the works.

Terminus 200 will be a 25-story structure and, as is the case with all of the Terminus complex buildings, will be highlighted by a ground-level retail segment, totaling about 15,000 to 20,000 square feet. The high-rise will be the second office structure to grace the Terminus development; the 650,000-square-foot Terminus 100, which includes 60,000 square feet of ground-level retail, opened its doors to tenants in April. April also marked the start of construction for 10 Terminus Place, a 142-residence condominium high-rise that carries a development price tag of approximately $70 million. Down the road, Cousins will develop two other condominium structures, twin 40-story high-rises, at the Terminus site. Work on Terminus 200 is on target to reach completion in mid-2009.

I was at the Grand Hyatt Saturday evening, took some shots from the deck towards Terminus and Sovreign. Here's Terminus day and night:
