That's an interesting concept to have multi-family residential and assisted living/nursing home residential mixed in with retail, office space, etc. From the conceptual drawings it does look like it will have a nice exterior appearance.

Wow! Having "Alamo Parkway" intersect with "Alamo Ranch Parkway" isn't confusing at all.

This will just add to the enjoyment that is:

-Military Dr, NW Military Hwy, SE Military, as in, "Hey dude, I'm lost. Okay, where are you at? I'm on Military. Which one? What do you mean, which one?"

-Wurzbach and Harry Wurzbach, as in "What do you mean there's a Harry Wurzbach? That's not where I'm at."

-Naco-Perrin, Perrin-Central, Perrin-Beitel...oh, who cares, I won't even bother with this one.

Don't forget 410 and Vance-Jackson, followed immediately by 410 and Jackson-Keller. . . or is it the other way around??

Oh, and try telling somebody to take 281 and get off on Jones-Maltsberger

Those two are actually the same. It's Military Drive and Military Hwy.

The SE just indicates what geographical location that part of Military Drive is in.
