Apparently the developer of Thompson Residences has won its OMB case. This will now be 12 storeys on Stewart Street and 15 storeys on King Street. I can't find any construction pics as UT is down, but the crane has already been installed.

Some recent pics of phase 1 of River City Condos. Cionstruction of phase 2 began recently. The architect for this project is Saucier & Perrotte out of Montreal (also the architect for the Thompson Residences above).

Fashion House on King Street West. The uniform red curtains in the rendering are confirmed to be part of the final design, and are referenced in the purchase agreements. The architect is Core.

Your welcome, that's what I do when I plan trips to Toronto. My friends go shopping and I take pictures of construction sites.

Great updates. 0-99m often gets over looked, but in many respects these buildings are more important to how our city evolves than the 'glamour' projects. Toronto literally needs thousands of shorter buildings like these.

Agreed. I also find that our low-rise developments have consistently had the best architecture of this boom.
