Condo & Home Business
Hi all,
I saw it mentioned in another thread that home based businesses are often prohibited by condo boards (or by the city?).
My SO is a contractor and currently has a home office for managing paperwork, but her actual work takes place outside of the home. We're looking at renting a condo downtown and using one of the bedrooms as her home office. Is this type of arrangement allowed by most condo boards? She would likely need to list the condo address as her business address for a variety of things (perhaps Google included), so I don't think it would be possible to really hide it, and I don't really want to try to hide it anyway. If it matters, we would be renters, not owners.
Does anyone have experience with this?
Thanks in advance!
