yup great update. The development in Kelowna is impressive. Can't wait to check it out while we're bumming around the Okanagan on summer holidays in a couple weeks

Wow, fantastic update! Thank you very much.

I'll be there next week. I'm excited to stroll through the changing downtown.

Once again, you're the man, mountainman.

I'm in town until August, so I'll try to contribute some updates over the coming weeks. I really want to take a night shot of downtown from Knox Mountain.

No problem guys, I'm glad to be able to contribute to the forum!

New gas station, convenience store and car wash on Clement, between Graham and Ethel. The only remaining undeveloped section on the North side will be from Graham to Gordon. Clement will be unrecognizable very soon!

Clement Business Park, taken around Ethel and Clement looking towards the lake.

The Packing District on Clement (PC Urban)

Possibly my favourite project, one of the two new breweries under development in the area

I'm shocked and disappointed that they are allowing a gas station and car wash in an area that they are trying to urbanize and turn into a new, walkable extension of the downtown core. What a waste.

Not a fan of that Benvoulin Court area, I call it multifamily sprawl. The area is hardly walkable save for the shopping mall and the traffic in that area is atrocious.

Thanks for keeping everyone up to date mountainman. I live in the ethel/clement area so these developments are pretty exciting and fun to see changing all the time. Not sure how I feel about the gas station, could be convenient I suppose, but not really the best place in my opinion. I hope a grocery store of some kind goes in there though. Safeway should sell the bernard/richter location and move over here to clement!

Here in Victoria all the Safeways turned into Save on Foods. There is no longer any Safeways here.

Bit of a fire the other day at 'The Shore', across from Gyro Beach. Nothing serious, project is still on track.

Drove past it the other day, I'll see if I can get some shots later this week. Looks like a couple of corner units on the top floor were damaged.

I checked it out the other day as well. It doesn't look like the damage will impact the progress by too much. The development itself looks great.

I'm in Kelowna for the week and took some pictures earlier! Impressive progress all around the city.
I'll try and get some more shots and other areas over the next few days.

Did anyone see the gophers in that vacant lot by One Water Street? First time I noticed them back in April.

More cranes in downtown Kelowna than there are in downtown Edmonton. That's impressive.

Can't wait to see you in a few weeks beautiful Okanagan! Hope the weather gets better!

Nice shots rdave! There are a lot of cranes right now all over the city from the Airport Hotel, UBCO, a couple along Harvey, several Downtown and one in the Lower Mission! Landmark crane should be up soon too and possibly one on Clement.

I've seen the gophers, they used to be quite a few on the One Water Street site and they now seem to have moved next door!

No problem guys!

I checked out a couple of other sites today, but the rain was getting in the way.

Landmark 7

Really excited for this area. It will be a vibrant business hub for sure.

Is the parking for L7 going below grade ?

The complex reminds me a lot of the types of office campuses you see in places like Houston.
