It's from the AULCC link under the elevations. The main source of elevations before they are added to Approved and Released site plans is the meeting documents posted for the weekly AULCC meetings. New files are posted generally once per week and most often on Thursdays or Fridays. Just open up the pdf files search for them.

Is this the roadway plan for Broadmoor ? If so, can you fit the 90x buildings in it ?

This screenshot does not zoom well so here is the link to where I got the picture. Click the first item on the downloads and this picture is on the last page.

The curve of the connector keeps 902/4/6 short term, 905 definitely has to go if they want to connect Palm all the way down

Certainly appears so. Nice find. Do we know anything about that project on the upper left? Or the one on the lower-right, for that matter?

Just a reminder that they can't build to 360 until the proposed Broadmore red line station has a notice to proceed to construction so we likely won't see Tower 1 until after next November where there will likely be some Red Line money in the Project Connect proposal.

It's a shame the Charles Schwab HQ is relocating to the DFW metro instead of at Broadmoor right next to the new Schwab campus. Seems like it could have been a great location for it.

That's TD's Ameritrade HQ. Schwab's actual HQ is in San Francisco. Unless I missed something, I don't think any of the Austin-based positions are moving up there when the deal closes next year.

I also get the sense that area of Fort Worth gave out some huge incentives for TDA to build out that area initially.

Schwab announced last week that their HQ will move from SF to Fort Worth (Westlake) as soon as late next year or early 2021 following completion of merger with Ameritrade. TDA is currently HQ in Omaha. https://www.bisnow.com/dallas-ft-wor...ritrade-101950

Its easy to vilify the Domain for all its flaws, but there is no denying its ever growing popularity. I was there recently and saw what you did. There was foot traffic everywhere. It sort of feels like its own little city. Pretty cool actually.

I go to the domain and visit pretty regularly because I play hockey near there. I enjoy walking around and seeing how much activity is happening, the area feels very vibrant... maybe not so much in character, but in activity.

One thing I cant stand about the domain is some of the intersections. Why do they not have lights where there is a lot of ped traffic and car traffic? It seems crazy to me that pedestrians and cars are in a constant battle sometimes. I know that pedestrians have the right of way, which is great. But when traffic is really building up around that area i feel like it would almost be safer and better for the flow of everything if there was a few lights.

The intersections are terrible. You simply cannot have 8+ lanes and crosswalks 'policed' by a simple stop sign.
