It seems since they finished the first setback its definatley been picking up some steam. I think this building will top out before the end of the year.

love the mansion....kindof speaks to those who appreciate the "classic" buckhead set. i'd love to know the demographics john williams is marketing too -- empty nesters, out of state retirees, suburban or urban, etc. the resturaunt craft seems like a good catch. now imagine a street car running down peachtree to downtown and back. thats friggin hot!

check out their new website: http://www.mansiononpeachtree.com/

nice flash demo shows good detail -- overall a really classy and plush development -- although im not sure how much i like the gabled/awning/terraces of the top penthouse level.

The website isn't really new. They've just continued to add to the site, in this case a new intro.

That's one thing I've gotta give to MOP, they've done a good job at maintaining their website. Frequent updates that you can depend on and their consistent, no other project even comes close.

Yeah, I'm in Lenox Towers two buildings north and it is getting extremely vertical very fast.

The Condo parking is the length and breadth of the site, 1 level below grade, and the hotel parking is 2 levels below grade. There's a ramp that comes up directly into the motor court, to the right of the front doors from Hotel parking. All of the receiving and BOH is 3 levels below grade. All three levels are serviced by garage entrances off of Stratford.

I thought the Mansion didn't front Peachtree, does it?

There will be a two-three story building that will front Peachtree where the Craft restaurant will be located.

ATLksuGUY, those are some great shots! (A tad smaller though so we don't have to scroll around so much to see them?) Those new stoplight poles sure look a lot better than having them dangling on lines like they were before... that stretch of Peachtree is quickly reaching the "awesome" level!
