Seems surprising after everything we've heard in the last year or two from the owner, but maybe someone upped the bid.

Is that Third and Urban project new?

That’s roughly on the scale of the King Plow Arts Center across the street.

Toll Brothers purchased the land for its project on 14th by the park this week. Given they have had it in permitting for some time I forsee this starting sometime this Spring.

Love that this one will add to the skyline from an eastern vantage point.

There was a Curbed article about it in December.  It gets difficult to keep up with all of the development in that part of the city.

This article is BS because none of these projects are near the Westside Park...

The project in question is along part of the BeltLine, though - which ties into the Westside Park.

Hey all. Has anyone else noticed that at Midtown Union, that they have a no.4 placard on a crane when they only have three up, seems kind of odd.

They are currently drilling for/erecting the fourth crane next to the daycare building that will be used in constructing the hotel portion of the development.

Anyone close enough to the 14th and Spring project to take a picture or give an update? I'm guessing it'll be another month or so before we see a crane on the site?

I drove by there yesterday, excavation is in full swing. I heard jack hammers, and saw lots of heavy equipment.
