domestic extension - winnipeg

Looking into extending our Fort Rouge house to the rear - instead of buying again.

I kind of have a plan in mind - and see a fairly radical departure (externally) from our 1914 house in my mind.

Does anyone know of a good domestic architect?
And any sq footage guidelines for costings?
