Born and raised in Charleswood (Assiniboine South).

From 2002 to 2005 lived in Osborne Village.
From 2005 to present live in Wolesley.

Wolesley is considered "downtown" on that map, but it probably should get it's own poll option as most people would consider it a neighbourhood on to itself.

I can just see the Sasky people getting uptight about how this thread wasn't clearly labelled as to where you live "in Winnipeg",

I only have moderation powers in the building requests and corrections forum, and that's just to carry out my responsibilities as a database editor. Outside of that section I'm just a regular, powerless Joe like all youse.

You should also have made this a poll where you can see who has voted for what, to get an idea of who is representing which neighbourhood.

Nice results. Only dominating area is downtown (with 6). The rest is pretty much spread out equally (with 1-3).

No Inkster people? I used to live there.

Btw.. don't edit the thread title.

I live near Bergenville.

You know, that cluster of commie blocks along Henderson that sorta resembles East Berlin.

Born and raised in (according to that map) Seven Oaks.

Still living there today.

A little history for ya...

Up until I was a year old, I was living in the North End on Bannerman.

Then moved up north to Riverbend up until I was 14.

Then moved to the older neighbourhood in West Kildonan on Royal Ave, where I'm at right now.

Born and raised in Norway House. Lived in Winnipeg for 10 years now, mainly in the River Heights area.

Now a new homeowner on Alverstone (Daniel Mac - West End), or downtown as the map would have it.
