Nice, looks elegant. A little New York style in it.

Agreed. That's a beauty. How many more floors to go above what's depicted in that photo, anyone?

Mmm yes. I wouldn't mind this in the Upper East Side. Sweet building.

The Mansion Active Homes

Hey guys, Been a long time reader of the site and thought a link to what homes are selling for at The Mansion on Peachtree would be helpful....I hope y'all have a great weekend!...Oh and we just did a Atlanta Condo blog about it... click on the link to read about it.....Keep up the great pics! It is always nice to see them on a computer and not in the typical gridlock Buckhead traffic

Ian,

I'm not sure who you got your information about the residences from, but you are quite incorrect. The Mansion doesn' t persay have 2/2.5's or 3/3's. Their buyers aren't buying finished units, they are buying empty shells that will be finished to their design and specification. To my knowledge, nobody else is offering this. Buyers who don't wish to go through this process have a selection of floor plans available to them, but none of the units are being built out "spec." I think that some of the hypothetical floor plans are on their website.

Just The Roof

42 has been poured out. Just the roof to go. I can't wait to see the whole building skinned and lit up. If anyone can get a picture of the villas and indoor pool out back, they look to be coming along great as well.

No..it shouldn't because the tower part is going to be set back from the street. The smaller buidling which will front Peachtree is only 4 or 5 stories I believe with retail on the bottom levels.
