New 140 Million Dollar Sheraton/ entertainment complex 4 stone oak

check it out y'all... i knew of the proposed sheraton through a leasing flyer for encino commons but i didn't know this much!!!!

Nothing says entertainment like Broadway, bowling and BAM!

This says it's near the entryway for the PGA resort. The map shows it to be west of 281. Where exactly is the PGA site?

There was once a time when i would have loved to live in that area, now i dislike going out there. Nothing says a "high end" destination like bowling. As for broadway, well when it happens i will believe it. I just hope they save some trees...

This sounds good to me. My sister's dermitology group has their doctors' office in Stone Oak. The value of their land alone is going up, up, up.
