New Kinton Ramen restaurant opens in London with rumours of other chains on the way. Shake Shack? Panera Bread maybe?

Regardless they aren't likely to locate downtown but I could see them easily up at Richmond and Fanshawe or Sunningdale.

Big crowds expected at RBC Place Convention Centre to attend the London made Video Game conference.

TennoCon, hosted by London-based Digital Extremes, is geared toward fans of the company’s flagship video game, Warframe. Participants started arriving as early as Tuesday, coming from as far away as Ireland.

Drove by just before noon and saw a couple thousand people outside lined up. They were entering at the far eastern door, lined up several deep across the front of the building and then around the parkette at the corner of Wellington and York. Was curious what it was about.

Not sure why they can't get the place back up and running full tilt, they built the battery plant on site, and they certainly are getting a good uptake on the Brightdrop trucks. Hopefully they can get whatever issue in their supply chain is holding things up fixed soon. I've been to a couple restaurants in Ingersoll the last few months and they both commented how slow things have been the last couple years since CAMI commenced the changeover, and that's coming on the heels of the COVID shutdowns.

Interesting move by GM to relabel the CAMI built Brightdrop EV van as a Chevy and allow Chevy dealers to sell it.
