Gorgeous photos and, apparently, gorgeous city! The colors in your photos are beautiful. I lived in Toronto but never made it to Montreal.

That is the chapel in back of the main church of Notre-Dame basilica in Old Montreal. A nutjob set fire to it in 1978, and the bldg was partly restored and redesigned with the altar designed by Charles Daudelin, a Quebec sculptor. It was reopened to the public in 1982. The main church is very impressive, one of the most visited sights in the city.

Montreal is one of the greatest cities in North America, no doubt!

Thanks for these! I get so excited seeing this city.

I took a weekend trip in October to Montreal and was shocked by how beautiful, efficient, and clean the subway was!
