Hey, most of those trees are now gone. I can't wait until the official groundbreaking.

What happened with the parking? I believe the parkinglot is from the neighboring building. Is there temporary parking and how is this going to be handled once 3344 is completed? And is 3344 going to have underground parking?

I think I can answer your questions? The neighboring building is AIU and another parking deck has been built behind AIU, which is between AIU and Courtyard Marriot. I beleive there might be some underground, but mainly, it will connect with the parking deck you see on that picture jfsatlbldr posted.

This tower's a pretty interesting style for ATL - it looks very Singaporian. It's nice change of pace though.

i agree, it looks like singapore and would fit in better in singapore (or dubai).......in 15 years, most ATL residents will wish it WAS in singapore. it will probably sell well, but IMO, this is a waste of a great tower design opportunity....talk about a tower standing out like a sore thumb!

Uh, what? Why would we wish that it was in Singapore? And by the way, it's going to be surrounded by Buckhead's amazing skyline, so it won't be sticking out, it will be blending in beautifully.

Hell in 10 years it will be BURIED in Buckhead's skyline, it'll be an afterthought, just another building! The ante in B'head is going up and 40-47 stories will no longer cut it down the road. Developers will be going for 50-60 story res towers and break the 800 foot mark.

That is one gorgeous tower. It is one of the most unique skyscrapers being constructed in Atlanta IMO. Atlanta needs more innovative architecture to further establish itself as the Capital of the South. Buckhead will have one amazing skyline in the future, but it will never have downtown or even midtown's density since it is not in a grid and most new Buckhead developments are being constructed on relatively large parcels of land.

I really like this tower. Does anyone know by when it is supposed to be completed?

Sweet looking tower!

HotLanta is getting some real nice variations in their architecture.

Even though the trees are out of the parking lot, have they began crushing up the blacktop? Has ground been broken yet?
