I definitely see modernism here too but then again brutalism is its descendant. Now i'm sort of on the fence. I don't think brutalism actually requires exposed concrete though. For me it's enough to look bunker like and have the exposed structure massively expressive. And we definitely see that here. It would be really cool if this were proto-brutalism, like the patty smith of that genre.
