Here's a pic I found. A different vantage point of how tall it'll be in comparison to Paramount.

That is really going to look spectacular. I can't wait to see it complete.

This is an absolutely beautiful building! It looks like 1930s New York, and will offer an interesting contrast to Buckhead's modern glass -- just as 3344's futuristic concrete shapes will pull to the other extreme. Like Midtown, Buckhead is amassing a skyline that many whole cities would kill to have.

I wonder what's delaying the webcam at 3344. At that building's website, it still says "Coming soon." Both buildings are within a couple of blocks of each other across GA 400, and both are rising very quickly.

The parking is underground. I don't remember how many floors under the ground.

Man what I wouldn't give to get one of these penthouses...have you guys seen the floorplans for these? And I heard the penthouses have their own private pools, talk about luxury. If only I had several million in disposable income.

My dear Lord. Even knowing the sizes and specs on these places, seeing the floorplans is still jaw-dropping. I guess I have to be happy for them and happy for myself for my hopefully soon-to-be 750 sq ft. Midtown condo.

Everyone keeps saying the parking is underground, but how is that possible when a hole deep enough to accomodate a building of this size was never built.

There is a pretty significant hole. I think at least five stories underground and it starts from one end of the property to the other end. Keep in mind there are 3 individual buildings: the main tower in the middle and 2 subordinate low rise buildings. One is in the front that borders Peachtree, and the other is in the back. Also, there are only 45 residential units and 127 hotel rooms.

There doesn't need to be any parking. Each suite comes with a private butler that also acts as a driver to the limo service that is available 24 hours a day.
