SILEMANI, Iraqi Kurdistan | Jaff Towers | U/C

SILEMANI - autonomous region of Kurdistan - Iraq.
Iraq is not booming in anyway as it is not safe, except the semi-autonomous Kurdistan region which has been safe and autonomous since the 1991 no-fly-zone by NATO......... the region is working towards independence from chaotic Iraq, Kurdistan was attached to Iraq in 1923 by the Brits and French of that time.



the tallest apartments in Kurdistan.This project is under design now, located in Sulaimaniah, Sarchnar, it consists three symmetrical towers, the project built on area ≈20,000m², and each tower consists 32 floors and two basements. The basement function is car parking, from first to 29th floor typical and consist 6 flats (2*120m², 2* 150m², 2*180m²),30th and31th
Floor consist of 4floors each one 225m².
The Area of each floor 1150m²
The estimated cost is 600 $/m².

And by "South Kurdistan" you mean "Northern Iraq" right???

YES for now we are enjoying the defacto state and dont really care whats going on in "Arab iraq".

holy cow that geography is jaw dropping. i always love hearing about skyscrapers in cities i've never heard of.

I am amazed to see all this construction in Kurdistan. Truly remarkable. I just hope the construction boom will also make its way to Baghdad eventually as well.

well its not easy with the security situation is still bad in non-kurdistan regions , the reason why KRG is safe cos we got rid of Saddam back in 1991 so when the US came they didn't even come to our region . and the region has its own independence loyal army of 250,000+ which are protecting the region and stopping terrorists from entering.
