CALGARY | Underwood Tower | 99 M / 324 FT | 31 FLOORS

A development permit (DP2014-0891) has just recently been submitted for this Calgary Beltline project. Here are the updated renderings.

I very happy with this one, def above average, especially for a rental tower. I'm still still in shock over how many rental towers are going up, it's nothing short of amazing.

Nothing much changed from the last time I took a pic. The sign said no parking after the 18th and that is the case today. Whether actually work will start this close to Christmas is anyone's guess.

Me too. I was surprised that they had a note about construction starting on Dec18th. I expect we'll see some action as soon as new years is done with.

That's what I have heard. If any projects get delayed due to the downturn, this would probably be the first one, as it was next in line for groundbreaking.
