I was going to comment something after Urbanizer's latest round of pictures (which are very much appreciated), but this just about sums it up....

Its a rather tall density contributor at least. Maybe not so grand as a stand alone, but nice in the bundle mix and impressive from the highway.

I like it more than the Quincy, but 44 East steals all their thunder anyway, so it doesn't matter.

Natiivo Austin’s ‘Home Sharing’ Tower Sells Out in the Rainey Street District

https://austin.towers.net/natiivo-au...reet-district/

Natiivo Austin, the fascinating residential crossbreed that’s not quite condo and not quite hotel, is officially “completely sold out” according to its developers at Austin-based developer Pearlstone Partners along with Newgard Development Group out of Miami. Per its exclusive listing agents at Prospect Real Estate, the building’s 248 units sold out ahead of schedule — actually beating their own projections, with 97 sales contracts written between March and May of this year alone.

248 units sounds awfully low for a building this size. Assuming some of them have two bedrooms and could have 300 total beds, if we build 50 of them, that's still only enough for 15k people total, barely a dent in our population growth.

Thanks for the photo update -- not much more you can say other than "well, it is a building."

Though with the other developments planned in the area, this is going to be little more than infill if even half of them actually get done.
