Nice tower, though im not a fan of Hanoi, my grandfather spent 5 years in the Hanoi Hilton.

Too bad this wasn't being built in Saigon instead because thats my favorite Viet city.

That'll be a big, fat tower.
Without any reference in the vicinity, it's not easy to have a correct appreciation of its height.
