Looking great. I have been in Shanghai since Sunday, and not had a chance to see the building yet. Hopefully tomorrow night before I fly home on Friday I will see it. I am staying way out in Eastern Pudong. You can see Jin Mao and the Pearl Tower from here, but very faintly the Smog has really been bad. I am staying on the 24th floor of the Crowne Plaza. There is a great panoramic view of the area from the 27th floor lounge. You can see the docks area, and all the large cranes for unloading ships. With the rain tonight though, you can't even see downtown Pudong.

Here's some different views taken today from Puxi. It's to the point now that you can see it from almost anywhere near the Huangpu River.

^^^ It's THAT high already?

Looks to be 60%+ of the height of Jin Mao.

Right.
It's no longer an ordinary box. It's getting some character.

with this tower buildt, Shanghai can compete with Hong Kong about China's best skyline.

Great angle of Jin Mao, and great shot overa;;L

The tower's already tallet than I thought it would be at this point. Wow, it's still kind of hard to believe, in a good way, that SWFC is FINALLY rising.

It's so damn massive. It will litterally dwarf the Jin Mao tower in the beginning of next year!

And by the way, Jin Mao has never looked better than it does on your night shots, Anton!
