If this, 6th and 10, and Place 10 can get going this year, the Beltline will be a very different place by 2017! Especially with the drastic increase in quality of materials and design with Mark, MRV, and 6th and 10.

Can't believe they STILL haven't released a rendering of the tower. Since it's going to be the tallest building in the south Beltline, you'd think they'd want to share that with us.

Are they planning to build the tower now or later?

I forgot to mention that the DP has been submitted for this one. Sounds like they want to start construction in February.

I was going to post that there is a sales centre on site, but I see a pic has already been posted. Does anyone know if they are going to build the podium with the grocer, etc... and then build the tower later?

This one is a beauty, I really hope they still intend to go ahead with it, given the oil crash. It would be awesome if they still go ahead in Feb

Let's hope so. I would be happy with just the retail portion, but the tower on top would be icing on the cake.

Why is the render so pixelated? Furthermore, why is it so hard to get a good render for this damn development?
