Ayerswood milestone today with the tower crane being disassembled. A worker onsite said they plan to start the next tower and it will be 45s. Haven't seen any indication of that with zoning applications so might take that with a grain of salt. Hopefully he is right.

Looks like they have drywall up to the 10th floor level now as the interior finishing continues. Nearly done the exterior window and cladding now. Still have the 25th floor to do and the sections where the exterior elevator and tower crane connects are located. They have also completed the concrete fence posts for the courtyard entrance off Dundas Street. Will be interesting to see what form the fencing takes. An ornate Wrought Iron would be interesting design choice if they go that way.

They have now poured a winding concrete sidewalk thru the Dundas St courtyard entrance. Appears that they are preparing planting beds on either side for landscaping as well. Drywall is now up to the 15 floor. Still working on exterior 25th floor finishing.

The landscapers have planted various plants and created different rock garden like plots on either side of the winding sidewalk on the north side entrance off Dundas St. Will look good if given a chance to grow and develop without being destroyed by the homeless drug and mentally ill crowd. Still working on the exterior final clean-ups and progressing with interior finishing and drywall and painting. No indication they intend to start work on the phase 2 plan for the parking lot. I suspect it will be cleaned up and put to use as parking for the 25s tower tenants when they start moving in by the end of this year.

Appear to have drywall installed now up to the 20th floor level. Of note they have now installed black steel fencing to enclose the Dundas St entrance and a steel gate door which appears to have a lock mechanism. Looks like they plan to only allow tenants to access the entrance area.

They have now removed the exterior construction elevator from the south side. Should see the window-balcony door modules installed over the coming weeks along the strip where the elevator was.

Looks like they have now finished installing the balcony doors and windows along the strip on the south side where the construction elevator was located. Still looks like they have some exterior finishing work to complete and I suspect the south side entrance way to cleanup. Will be very curious to see how well units rent in this building in the coming months. Would not be surprised to see alot of vacant units which likely means we will not see phase 2 started for many years.

Ayerswood has finally opened up their website for this 25s building which they are calling Clarence Square. First tenants to start moving in April/May.

1,2 and 3 bedroom suites available starting at $2100.

Of note this info on the website:
Park securely in our on-surface lot, (with an underground lot coming in Fall/Winter 2024)

I wonder if they intend to excavate out the remaining parking lot and build the 2 levels of underground parking below the planned future high rise towers? I highly doubt the timeline if true.
Far more likely they did a deal with Galleria Mall/CitiPlaza to offer parking in the north side of the Mall.

I did drive by the other nightand noticed that east lotlot for the most part was now fenced off. It's been a couple months since I've been down that way so not sure how recent of a change it is
