^Those are great shots Ferreth. That second shot really shows the growth of the Beltline. almost all of the growth on the lasft hand side (in the Beltine) has been in the last five years.

Where did these come from? There's a flock (?) living near the Curling Club in Sunnyside that you wouldn't need a telephoto to get pics of i walk right past them they don't even flinch.

There's a flock of these things (or so I think) running around sometimes near my house in Tuscany. I have been mistakenly referring to them as "Prairie Chickens" for no better reason as they run around, never fly, and live on the prairie.

Hungarian Pheasant, eh? Interesting.

A biologist friend tells me they are quite common in the city these days - they will hide from dogs and people in any available thick cover.
