So the ''biggest city in America'' (not) may get the State of Florida's tallest building. Dubbed the ''SeaGlass Tower'', it is projected to stand 1,000 feet and have shops, restaurant and an aquarium built near its base. This poor, dead city needs something. It's a terrible place..

I think something that fits within the business district would make more sense, rather than a stunt like seemingly random object sitting by itself.

If it's going to be some observation tower with an aquarium and billed as a tourist attraction? It may work but it's so far removed from the heart of downtown and I don't see it as being viable. Besides Jacksonville only has two towers over 500 feet to begin with.
