Are they serious with those colours? And why the walls on the balconies blocking the views of the downtown core? It's got potential. Hopefully this won't be the final design.

Honestly, the design looks alright, BUT those colours I doubt will look very good in 20-30 years. It'll probably be washed out due to all the precipitation and sun we tend to get.
