Apparently Karma is selling units at prices over $700 per square foot. That's almost the same price as the condo suites in the Ritz Carlton.

Yeah, 2 floors lower than what the developers wanted. Should still come in over 163 meters.

What are the chances of a Minor Variance of 5 stories come construction time? Chaz went from 39 to 47, Five from 45 to 50 and the list goes on. I see Karma eventually being 52-to-55 stories.

I wonder why the city made them chop off two floors? I mean it's only a block away from a tower that will be more then 100m taller.

I'm not big fan of this design but if it ends up being constructed it will at least partially conceal the hideous late 80's salmon/beige colored condo tower next door.
