Nice towers, but I do not like the faded-green glass.

I really hope they modify the roof element on the third tower to differ from the one they are using on the second. We have enough identical twins in this city a different tip would make all the difference.

Irony? Or are you just tired of that colour because all of the towers in Vancouver have it?

Great to see work underway on this one again. It's going to look seriously tall when it's done, considering how tall the first one looks.

Here is the latest I've heard from the developer:

The construction we are seeing are the footings for the building. Within 2-3 weeks we will see a crane on site and then they will begin with underground parking. They will be completing the parking on the whole block and will continue to build the podium levels for both towers, of course at the same time construction will continue vertical for arriVa 42 in the southwest corner of the site.

I'm guessing at some point we may see two cranes on site since the parking area is pretty long north-south.

That picture is pimp LFTC!

I'm going to try a do a vertical pano shot when I get home tonight, perhaps someone like CtrlAltDel could photoshop in a render from that vantage of the next tower?

Last night they had drilled a bunch of holes deeper and were filling them up with concrete. Would I be right in assuming these are pilings for the tower proper going deeper for stability?

I'll grab an new update shot tonight.

Here is a quick pic, the hole in the middle is being dug out some more. It almost looks like a rough shaping of the sloped side of the tower, you can also notice the series of wooden planks covering the holes they drilled and filled with concrete the last couple of days.

Obviously my pic:
