Actually, I think "Get Your Groom On" was the slogan. The name is All American Barber Shop and they're taking the corner retail spot too! I thought for sure that would be an ideal spot for a nice restaurant or high-end clothing shop but I guess a barber shop will now occupy this spot?

i absolutely love the size of this building, if only we had a large amount of these scattered throughout random city blocks.

and i would think the barber shop will add charm. something different..

I agree. Its certainly nothing exciting but to be a real urban neighborhood we need all kinds of goods and services. The high-end retail is just going to take time, particularly with the current economic circumstances.
