I do worry about the north side... this architect often does 3 sided buildings.

The nice thing about being in a condo across from the Legislative grounds is no developer can come in and block your view of the river valley.

Well so far, this last version has been the best proposal for the site and a decent design, for Edmonton anyways... ;-)
